15 min Grilled Hamachi Collars

Ingredients

- 2 hamachi (yellowtail) collars, cleaned

- Sprinkle of sea salt (adjust as needed)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Lemon wedges for serving

- Optional: Shiso leaves or grated daikon for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Pat the collars dry and rub with salt (reduce or eliminate if you are on a low sodium diet)

3. Grill skin-side up for 10 mins until golden

4. Flip and grill 2–4 more mins until cooked.

5. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish.
